Terms and Conditions
Terms of service for using ShipGate.
Agreement to terms
By accessing or using ShipGate's website, hosted scans, merge-time checks, dashboard, documentation, or related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Description of services
ShipGate provides merge-time repository verification. The Services include the hosted repository scan, the GitHub App check on pull requests, the dashboard, documentation, and a developer kit (CLI, MCP, VS Code extension) that ships inside the WholeStack monorepo. The developer kit is not published as a public npm package. Advisory scans return CLEAR, BLOCKED, or UNVERIFIED. SHIP is reserved for the signed, commit-bound pipeline.
